Juecan (Ruby) Zhao is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in case management and social work. Currently serving as a Case Manager and previously as an Assistant Case Manager at CISC since January 2022, Juecan also held roles as a Social Worker/Program Director Assistant and Social Worker Assistant/Program Director Assistant at La Puente Adult Day Health Care from April 2021 to January 2022. An internship at the USC Department of Neurology involved database management for research participants, while prior internships at Grey Group and The Bank of East Asia, Limited provided exposure to advertising communication and financial products respectively. Juecan holds a Master of Science in Gerontology from the University of Southern California and a Master's Certificate in Hospitality Management from Cornell University's Nolan School. Additionally, Juecan earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Shandong Agricultural University.

CISC helps immigrants throughout King County achieve success in their new community by providing information, referral, advocacy, social, and support services. Our team of more than 120 bilingual staff serves the Chinese immigrant community and immigrants from Eastern Europe, Latin America, and other parts of Asia. We serve the entire family with our early childhood education, youth development, family support, senior & disabled adult services, and health care access programs at our office locations in Seattle, Bellevue, Renton, and Redmond and numerous outreach sites such as community and senior centers.
