Tom Doughty

Tom Doughty is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member and Past Chair at NW Innovation Resource Center since April 2018, Tom also manages Doughty House as House Manager since January 2017. Tom's significant contributions as a Board of Governors (BGO) at USNA started in 2004, alongside a leadership role as Chair of the Board of Directors at Chinook Enterprises since January 2021, following a previous term as Board Member from April 2019 to September 2020. Prior experience includes Vice President of Administration at Janicki Industries from October 2008 to January 2017 and a career as a Naval Officer in the US Navy from May 1982 to May 2004. Tom Doughty is an alumnus of the United States Naval Academy, having graduated between 1978 and 1982.
