Nicholaos Moshopoulos R.A. AIA

Nicholaos Moshopoulos R.A. AIA has held various roles in the business industry since 2010. Nicholaos began as Co-Owner & Operator of Laterna Estiatorio & Catering in 2010. In 2018, they became Co-Owner of Ionian Development. In 2019, they became Chief Executive Officer of NKO Architect P.C. and in 2021, they were appointed Chief Development Officer of Chip City.

Nicholaos Moshopoulos R.A. AIA obtained their MBA from Baruch College in 2012, with a dual degree in Real Estate and Finance. Nicholaos also holds a dual degree in Architecture & Construction Management from the New York Institute of Technology. In 2017, they obtained their Architect certification from the New York State Executive Chamber and in 2020, they obtained their Construction Superintendent certification from the NYC Department of Buildings.
