Rachana Lay

Rachana Lay is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Chip Mong Bank since January 2020, Rachana oversees operations, customer service, and retail banking. Prior to this, Rachana spent nearly 14 years at the Foreign Trade Bank of Cambodia, holding positions including Chief Risk Officer and Deputy CEO, where responsibilities encompassed credit and operational risk management as well as project leadership. Rachana's earlier career includes significant roles at Hattha Kaksekar Limited and Credit Agricole Indosuez Bank, focusing on credit management and customer relations. Rachana holds an MBA in International Business from the Asian Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Royal University of Law and Economics.
