Jhoan Jose Castañeda Aristizabal

Jhoan Jose Castañeda Aristizabal has a diverse work experience in the field of Business Intelligence and Operations. Jhoan Jose started their career as an Agente Servicio al Cliente at Organizaciòn Servicios y Asesorias in 2014. In 2015, they joined Virgin Mobile Colombia as a Product Analyst, where they were involved in creating dashboards, defining KPIs, and monitoring marketing campaigns. Jhoan Jose then moved on to Flash Colombia, where they held roles as a BI Analyst, Regional SR. BI Analyst, and Regional Operations Coordinator. Currently, they are working at Chiper as a BI - Business Engineer Semi Senior and has recently been promoted to the position of Business Intelligence Lead.

Jhoan Jose Castañeda Aristizabal is currently pursuing a degree in Administración de Empresas at the Politénico Grancolombiano from 2019 to 2024. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Intermediate SQL and Introduction to SQL from DataCamp in December 2023, as well as certifications in SQL (Advanced) and SQL (Basic) from HackerRank in 2022. They also received a certification in PROGRAMADOR PYTHON from Edutin Academy in June 2020.
