Barbara Sutton

Barbara Sutton is an experienced manager in Agile delivery, currently serving as Manager, Agile Delivery at Chipotle Mexican Grill since September 2018, following a year as Scrum Master. In this role, Barbara oversees Scrum Master team management and enhances the Agile practice while coordinating Quarterly Planning events. Prior to Chipotle, Barbara held the position of Lead Technical Project Manager at Hyundai AutoEver Telematics America, where responsibilities included managing the launch of telematics applications in the Canadian market and handling project schedules and vendor relations. Barbara’s earlier experience includes roles at Safran as Manager of Content Ancillary Services and Systems & Software Engineer, where strategic planning and team management were key focuses. Barbara began a career in education as a Mathematics Teacher at Huntington Beach High School. Barbara earned a B.S. in Mathematics from California State University, Long Beach.
