Christina Rivera Glennon

Christina Rivera Glennon is a seasoned professional in the fields of culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion with extensive experience leading initiatives at prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Culture and Inclusivity at Chipotle Mexican Grill since June 2024, Christina previously held the role of Senior Director and Head of Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Programs and Operations at Levi Strauss & Co., where responsibilities included overseeing 13 global Employee Resource Groups. Prior roles include contributions to Taco Bell's Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging initiatives, managing the Social Impact Talent Acquisition team at Starbucks, and leading engagement efforts at Team Rubicon Global. Christina holds a Master of Science in Organizational and Corporate Communications/Leadership from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Northern Illinois University.
