Dan Rueda

Dan Rueda is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Eastern US Operations at Chipotle Mexican Grill since August 2017, Dan leads a team managing over 1,850 restaurants across 28 states and is responsible for generating over $5 billion in revenue. Previously, Dan held the role of Regional Vice President at Chipotle, overseeing 450+ restaurants and leading a significant operational team in the Southeast US. Dan's career also includes key leadership positions at Smashburger, Arby's, Yum! Brands, and PepsiCo, where responsibilities ranged from senior operations management to training leadership, contributing to substantial annual sales growth. Dan holds a degree from the University of the Philippines.
