Justin Polk

Justin Polk, P.E., LEED AP, currently serves as the Regional Construction Manager for Chipotle Mexican Grill since September 2023 and has been the President of Polk Development Consultants, LLC since October 2018. Prior to these roles, Justin held various positions, including Director of Construction at Mosaic Red Hat Group, LLC, and Engineering and Construction Manager at Taco Bell Franchise. Justin's extensive experience includes managing construction projects, overseeing municipal interactions, and leading teams in diverse environments such as commercial and land development. Justin began a career in engineering with foundational roles at firms including CPH, Inc., where responsibilities included managing McDonald’s projects, and has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Florida State University.
