Mehul Dalia

Mehul Dalia currently serves as the Director of Strategic Finance at Chipotle Mexican Grill, overseeing P&L responsibilities for over $1 billion in annual spend and leading significant initiatives such as the Series C investment in Nuro and the growth of Chipotle's Digital business to over $3 billion. Prior experience includes senior roles at Baird, where Mehul contributed to an institutional investor-ranked research team, developed strategic insights for business development, and engaged with key executives and stakeholders. Mehul holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a B.Sc. in Finance and Economics from NYU Stern School of Business.
