Tammy Simpson

Tammy Simpson is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Restaurant People Experience Leader and formerly as Regional People Experience Partner at Chipotle Mexican Grill since February 2019, Tammy has developed comprehensive HR solutions aligning with business objectives. Previously, at Living Spaces Furniture, Tammy held the position of Human Resources Business Partner, and at Boot Barn, Tammy was Regional Human Resources Manager, reporting directly to the Vice President of Human Resources. Earlier roles include Human Resource Manager at Smile Brands Inc., where Tammy managed recruitment and compliance for 160 dental offices, and District Human Resource Manager at Circuit City, focusing on strategic HR partnerships across multiple stores. Tammy holds an A.S. in General Studies from Cypress College.
