Tracy Marquez

Tracy Marquez, CFI, currently serves as the Regional Field Asset Protection Manager at Chipotle Mexican Grill, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this, Tracy accumulated extensive experience at Bath & Body Works as the Regional Asset Protection Manager from April 2011 to November 2023, and previously worked for L Brands as the District Asset Protection Manager, where notable achievements included a significant reduction in shrink. Tracy's background also includes a long tenure at Macy’s, serving as a Loss Prevention Manager and overseeing multiple stores, along with experience as a Loss Prevention Investigator and Multi Store Trainer at Von Maur. Tracy holds an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the College of DuPage, completed in 2000.
