Dion Jon Taylor Samson

Dion Jon Taylor Samson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fintech and renewable energy sectors. As the Managing Director of Chipper Cash since March 2019, Dion has successfully obtained a fintech license from the Bank of Ghana and has engaged in consulting and negotiations with local partners in Ghana and Nigeria. In addition to this role, Dion serves as a Director at Veon Natural Mineral Water and Green Plug Ghana Limited, focusing on the importation and marketing of solar solutions. Prior experience includes managing commercial partnerships at ZappGroup Africa and overseeing operations as Country Manager at Solarway. Dion's career began with an internship in investment banking at Stanbic Bank and as a Financial Advisor Intern at JKB & Associates. Educational qualifications include a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Rider University and high school education from The Roman Ridge School.
