Sarah Shonubi is a seasoned Senior Product Operations Analyst at Chipper Cash since November 2021, where responsibilities include monitoring money movement transactions across various countries, conducting user acceptance testing for payment products, and analyzing product performance metrics for leadership reporting. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Analyst in Operations Support at Pagatech Limited, where Sarah ensured platform functionality and collaborated with engineers on operational issues, as well as working as a Customer Experience Representative and Customer Care Representative at Pagatech Limited and MTN Nigeria, respectively.
