Claire-Anne Dysli Wermeille is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various industries, currently serving as the Head of Legal & Corporate Secretary and Assistant General Counsel at Chiquita since January 2016. Claire-Anne oversees the legal department, supporting European and Middle Eastern operations and managing the Chiquita trademark portfolio. Additionally, Claire-Anne is a Board Member at SERV Swiss Export Risk Insurance. Previously, Claire-Anne held legal positions at Swatch Group, Audemars Piguet, and Logitech Europe SA, where responsibilities included intellectual property protection, contract negotiations, and compliance with competition laws. Claire-Anne's career began at ABB Switzerland Ltd and ALSTOM Power Ltd, focusing on contract negotiation and legal support in the power sector. Claire-Anne holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Geneva and a Master’s in Business Management from ZfU International Business School.
