Manju Zacharias

Manju Zacharias serves as the Associate General Counsel (Head of Legal) and Corporate Secretary at Catchpoint since July 2019, leading the global legal team in a remote-first environment. Previously, Manju held the role of Senior Counsel, focusing on commercial transactions and providing legal advice on various agreements and data protection issues. Prior experience includes positions at NICE Ltd as Commercial Counsel and Legal Counsel, where responsibilities encompassed negotiating and drafting commercial agreements, and at Tata Consultancy Services as Senior Executive in the Legal Department. Academic qualifications include a Master's in Corporate Law from New York University School of Law, a Graduate Certificate in Health and Hospital Law from Harvard University, and other degrees in law from National Law School of India University and Government Law College.
