Randall Martinez

Randall Martinez is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in global service and support management. Currently serving as the Global IT Service and Support Sr. Manager at Chiquita Brands since July 2003, Randall oversees a team that supports over 5,000 users across 220 locations worldwide, managing a multicultural group with 30+ resources. Prior to this role, Randall was a Project Manager at ITS InfoCom, where responsibilities included creating the IT support organization for Chiquita Brands in Latin America and leading the implementation of Citrix. Earlier experience includes serving as Infrastructure and Support Lead at Banco Interfin, where responsibilities encompassed user support, business continuity, server administration, and vendor management. Randall holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Universidad Interamericana de Costa Rica.
