Dr. Armin Schmiedeberg

Dr. Armin Schmiedeberg serves as Chairman of the Advisory Board for ARBURG GmbH + Co KG, AMKmotion GmbH + Co KG, and innovatiQ GmbH + Co KG since January 2024. In addition, Dr. Schmiedeberg has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors at CHIRON Group since November 2014, with interim roles as CFO and CEO during 2022-2023 and 2019-2020, respectively. Dr. Schmiedeberg has held the position of Chairman of the Shareholders' Committee at Hoberg & Driesch since April 2004 and was Chief Transformation Officer at Permasteelisa Group from November 2020 to December 2021. Prior experience includes serving as an Equity Partner at KPMG Deutschland and a Senior Partner at Bain & Company, with extensive leadership roles in consulting and strategic transformation. Dr. Schmiedeberg's educational background includes a Diplom in Industrial Engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, and a doctorate from the University of Bonn.
