Project Manager; Engineering at CHL Systems

Jeff Reiche, P.E. is an experienced engineer with a wide range of roles in various companies throughout their career. Jeff started their career at Cincinnati Milacron as a Customer Alliance Manager from 1983 to 1990. Jeff then worked at RA Jones as a Robotic Packaging Engineering & Product Liability/Guarding Manager until 1999, where they created a new product line and served as the team leader for the Robotics Group. At Universal Machine & Engineering, Jeff served as the Solutions Engineering Manager from 1999 to 2005. Following this, they joined Catalent Pharma Solutions as a Supervisor in Packaging Equipment Engineering, overseeing the procurement and installation of packaging machinery and systems. From 2006 to 2008, Jeff worked at Boehringer Wound Systems as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, where they designed and commissioned a new processing and packaging line. Jeff then joined McNeil Nutritionals as a Senior Project Engineer in Packaging Equipment from 2008 to 2011, where they improved process and packaging equipment efficiencies and production capabilities. After that, they gained experience as a member of ISPE and worked as a consultant for IsItSafe. Jeff's most recent position was at CHL Systems as a Project Manager in Engineering, where they provided engineering solutions and manufacturing services.

Jeff Reiche, P.E. completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, where they attended from 1975 to 1979. Following this, they pursued Engineering Management with a focus on Technical MBA at the University of Pittsburgh from 1980 to 1983.
