Renee Tobin currently serves as Sr. Sourcing Manager for CAPEX in the Engineering & FS Americas division at Novonesis since August 2024. Prior to this role, Renee held the position of Head of Indirect Sourcing, North America at Chr. Hansen from August 2019 to January 2025 and worked as a Global Category Manager for Indirect Procurement at Johnson Controls for a brief period in early 2019. Previous experience includes serving as Strategic Sourcing Manager and Procurement Manager at Brookdale from March 2016 to February 2019 and a range of roles at Kohl's Department Stores from June 2005 to March 2016, including Manager of Non Retail Sourcing for Construction Material & Services. Early career experience includes a managerial role at Jefferson Wells International from 2000 to 2005. Renee holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Finance and Urban Planning from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
