Elisa Miller-Out

Elisa Miller-Out is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in entrepreneurship and management within the clean energy and technology sectors. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Chloe Capital since August 2016, Elisa also contributes as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Cornell University and Southern Tier Startup Alliance, and as an Instructor for the National Science Foundation. In addition, Elisa advises innovation programs for NYSERDA and holds board directorships at Dimensional Energy and Switch, formerly Women 2.0. Elisa's extensive leadership experience includes roles as COO, Chair of the Board of Directors, CFO, and CEO at Singlebrook Technology, Inc. Educational qualifications include dual Bachelor's degrees from Columbia University and Barnard College, obtained from 1993 to 1997.
