Pauline Haddad

Pauline Haddad is a retail professional with extensive experience in retail operations and management within the luxury sector. Currently serving as the Retail Operations Coordinator for France and Italy at Chloé since April 2022, Pauline previously held the position of Area Manager at IRO PARIS during 2020 and spent eight years at Saint Laurent as the Retail Performance Coordinator for Department Stores. In this role, Pauline focused on enhancing performance in department stores, fostering a clienteling culture, coaching managers on revenue drivers, and ensuring compliance with Retail Excellence standards.
