Sabine de Monteynard

Sabine de Monteynard currently serves as Chief People Officer at Chloé, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Sabine held the title of Group Talent Director F&A at Richemont from September 2024 to August 2025 and was Talent and HR Development Director at Jaeger-LeCoultre from March 2019 to August 2024, focusing on executive recruitment and leadership development initiatives. Additional experience includes serving as International Retail Director at Jaeger-LeCoultre, where responsibilities encompassed global retail operations and client experience, as well as a tenure as International Training Director at Van Cleef & Arpels, which involved retail training initiatives and a significant assignment in Japan. Earlier, Sabine worked as International Retail Manager for IWC Schaffhausen, overseeing worldwide retail performance and training. Sabine holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and completed a Leadership Program in Digital Transformation at IMD.
