Masala T.

Masala T. started their work experience in 2015 as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Central Oklahoma. They then had a Sales Recruiting Internship at Paycom in 2016. In 2017, Masala had a Human Resources Summer Internship at Life.Church and worked as a Human Resources Representative at Schlumberger. In 2018, they joined CACI International Inc as an Associate Talent Acquisition Advisor and later became a Talent Acquisition Advisor until 2022. In 2022, Masala was a 2022 Forté MBALaunch Fellow at Forte Foundation and a 2023 MBA Prep Fellow at Management Leadership for Tomorrow. They are currently working as a Recruiter at Chloeta.

Masala T. earned a Master of Arts degree in Strategic Communications and Digital Strategy from the University of Oklahoma in the years 2021 to 2022. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Business Management from the University of Central Oklahoma, graduating between 2013 and 2017. Prior to attending the University of Central Oklahoma, Masala T. studied Business Administration and Management at Seminole State College in Oklahoma from 2012 to 2013.
