Jarrod Wong

Jarrod Wong is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and team management. As Chief Technology Officer and Head of Engineering at Chloris Geospatial, Jarrod directed a team of 10-12, overseeing the Product Roadmap and the delivery of innovative products, including a 24-year Global Time Series and a new Forest/Non-Forest Product. Previously, as a Software Engineering Team Lead at Verisk - Atmospheric and Environmental Research, Jarrod led the development of a cloud-native scientific modeling application, leveraging advanced AWS architectures. Jarrod's foundational experience includes roles as a Founding Software Engineer at Chloris Geospatial and as a Software Engineer at Verisk, alongside internships that contributed to a strong background in cloud computing and agile methodologies. Jarrod holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Boston University.
