Preconstruction Team

The Preconstruction Team at Choate Construction Company, comprised of multiple directors of preconstruction, is responsible for planning and coordinating all activities leading up to the start of construction projects. This includes cost estimation, feasibility studies, scheduling, and value engineering to ensure projects are set up for success from inception.
