Elaine Bortman

Elaine Bortman leads Choate’s legal recruitment and talent development efforts. She joined the Firm in 2015 after spending over 25 years in the management consulting industry, much of this time with McKinsey & Company. At McKinsey, in addition to consulting, Elaine worked in professional development, recruiting and developed the firm’s capabilities in competitive intelligence. She has also worked as a career coach at Harvard Business School.
