Before transitioning to sales, Anthony worked as a General Manager at Black Angus Steakhouses and held roles at Brinker International and Citi. Anthony holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas, a Bachelor of Business Administration from John Brown University, and degrees in Management and Culinary Art from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Pasadena and Business Management from Fullerton College.
