Javed Mulani

Javed Mulani is an experienced HRIS and IT business applications professional currently serving as the Director of HRIS at Chobani since August 2025. Mulani has a strong background in global HR applications, having held senior managerial and managerial roles at Colgate-Palmolive from September 2013 to August 2025, where responsibilities included leading implementations for SuccessFactors Compensation, RCM, RMK, and Onboarding, as well as managing project initiatives in talent acquisition and employee central. Prior to Colgate-Palmolive, Mulani worked as a consultant for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors at Daiichi Sankyo, and previously at NexLink Systems, supporting SAP implementations across various sectors. Early career experience includes consulting roles at Northern Kentucky University, programming at Millennium Infotech, and customer support at CMS Computers Ltd. Mulani holds a Master of Science in Engineering from Wright State University and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
