Laura Kocaj Callahan

Laura Kocaj Callahan, MBA, currently holds the position of Vice President of Direct Procurement at Chobani, where responsibility includes leadership and management of the Direct materials spend pool. Prior to this role, Laura spent over two decades at Coty, advancing through various positions including Vice President of Initiatives and Product Management Procurement, where significant savings were achieved, and Vice President of Procurement for the Americas and Asia Pacific Region, delivering productivity savings across multiple spend pools. Laura's extensive experience also includes leadership roles in global procurement and production planning at Coty and L'Oréal, managing substantial budgets and driving efficiency improvements. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and French from Colgate University and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
