Marjorie de la Cruz

Marjorie De La Cruz is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as Chief Legal Officer at Chobani, Marjorie has held several senior leadership roles at PepsiCo, including SVP, Global Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer, SVP, General Counsel Latin America, and SVP, Chief Counsel for the Office of the General Counsel, Global Groups and Functions. Marjorie also served as a Non-Executive Director at Pepsi Bottling Ventures and began their career as a Corporate/M&A Associate at both Davis & Gilbert LLP and White & Case. Marjorie's educational background includes a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and an M.A. in Communications from New York University.
