Melissa Morales Monárrez

Melissa Morales Monárrez is an experienced professional with a diverse background in program management and partnerships. Currently serving as the Incubator Program Director for Chobani in Guatemala, Melissa has held various leadership roles at Google, including Identity Partnerships Lead for Google Wallet and Americas Partnerships Lead for the Next Billion Users initiative. Previously, Melissa worked as a Business Strategy Manager and Senior Strategy Consultant at Accenture and gained foundational experience as a Summer Consultant at Falconi Consultores de Resultado. Additionally, Melissa contributed to Vital Voices Global Partnership, serving as Program Coordinator and Program Assistant for Latin America and the Caribbean.
