Manoj Empranthiri has held a variety of roles in the technology industry since 1991. Manoj began their career as a Computer Systems Specialist at Addison-Wesley Publishing Co. in 1995. Manoj then worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Borland International from 1993 to 1995. In 1991, they worked as a Computer Systems Specialist at Ricoh Corporation. From 1999 to 2001, they held the role of NPI Project Manager at Nortel Networks. Manoj then worked as Global Services Readiness Manager at Amdocs Inc. from 2001 to 2007. During this time, they were responsible for leading the planning and implementation of all new Professional Services, I.T., Sales, and Customer Service processes. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as NPI Program Manager, Customer Advocacy at Extreme Networks. From 2010 to 2019, they held various roles at Cisco, including Program Manager at Cisco Customer Experience, Services Portfolio Program Manager, Services Process & Tools Manager, and Program Manager - Software Supply Chain. In 2019, they began working as a Program Manager at the Chobanian Group.
Manoj Empranthiri began their educational journey in 1991 when they enrolled in National University to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Manoj completed this degree in 1993. During this time, they also attended De Anza College and earned an AA in Multi Disciplinary Studies, which they finished in 1993.
