Andrea Bossano has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries and roles. Starting in 2006, Andrea worked as a Marketing/Sales Intern at the Southwest Louisiana Convention and Visitors Bureau, where they assisted the Marketing Director and Sales Director in maintaining visitor databases and researching upcoming events and conventions. In 2007, Andrea joined Berlitz Peru as an English Language Instructor, teaching English to executive clients and providing feedback on their progress. Andrea then moved on to work as a Sales & Catering/Events Manager at Holiday Inn & Suites Lake Charles South from 2009 to 2011, where they were responsible for sales contracts, event coordination, and maintaining client relationships. In 2011, Andrea became a Group Sales Manager at The Roosevelt New Orleans, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel, overseeing large and mid-size group markets. Andrea managed sales contracts, developed new accounts, and produced sales forecasts and reports. From 2016 to 2019, Andrea held the role of Director of Sales & Public Relations at Alma Cocina Latina. Currently, Andrea is the Head of People Enablement at Choco, a role they started in 2021. Prior to this, they served as an Employee Experience Manager at Choco from 2019 to 2021, where they contributed to building a connected global food system.
Andrea Bossano received a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies with a concentration in Latin America from Louisiana State University in the years 2002-2006.
