Marcel Zerain Collet is an experienced professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager and Vendor Partnership Manager at Choco since June 2021, contributing to the mission of building a connected global food system. Prior to Choco, Marcel co-founded The Hip Fish, where as Operations Manager, sales were increased by 15% annually through innovative selling channels and strategic expense optimization. Additionally, Marcel co-founded Frescados Food Delivery, successfully managing a portfolio of approximately 400 vendors and achieving remarkable sales growth of 200% and 300% in consecutive years.
