Mark Dunlap has extensive experience in solutions consulting and customer experience, currently serving as Head of Solutions at Choco since July 2025, where responsibilities include enhancing customer journeys and onboarding processes. Previously, Mark held the role of Global Head of Solutions Consulting at parcelLab, emphasizing post-purchase experiences, and has held various leadership positions at Medallia over nearly a decade, notably as Vice President of International Solutions Consultants. Mark has also contributed to organizations such as LinkedIn, Convergys, and TNS Global, demonstrating a strong focus on improving customer satisfaction and leveraging data-driven insights throughout a career that began with a degree in Management from Purdue University and further certification in Marketing Research from The University of Georgia.
