Chocolate Milk Diplomacy (#CMD) exists to help underrepresented, under-served, and marginalized communities get equitable access to the career development their communities need. Our small team envisions a more equitable future where systems, processes, and institutions inherently value the stories of marginalized communities and enable them to become the superheroes and storytellers of their career journeys.

We actively work toward this future by providing career coaching, career navigation, and community facilitation services that empower these communities with career development tools and strategies.
