Daun Goss, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. From 2000-2011, Goss held the role of Human Resources Manager at Fortune Valley Hotel and Casino, followed by Human Resources at Raytheon - Antarctica Polar Services from 2011-2012. Goss then moved to Millennium Hotel and Resorts as the Director of Human Resources from 2012-2014, and then to Senex Foundation of Denver as the Corporate Human Resources Director from 2014-2016. In 2016, Goss accepted the role of Director of Human Resources at JCCS PC, a progressive CPA firm with 6 branches located across Montana. From 2018-present, Goss has been the Director of Human Resources at Chocolove Premium Chocolate. Additionally, Goss was the CEO - General Contractor at Ridire Ban Investments from 2012-2018, investing in real estate and small businesses and designing and building custom homes while negotiating contracts and managing multiple sub-contractors.

Daun Goss holds a B.S. in Business Administration/HR from the University of Wyoming. In 2002, Goss obtained an SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In 2015, Goss obtained an SHRM-CSP certification from SHRM. In 2018, Goss obtained a Strategic Human Resources certification from Lynda.com.
