Jeffrey Burkholder holds an MBA in Finance from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Arlington. Currently serving as the Director of Restaurant Operations at Choctaw Casinos & Resorts since March 2021, Jeffrey oversees an $80 million food and beverage program comprising 13 restaurants in Durant, Oklahoma. Previously, as General Manager and Certified Sommelier at 1832 Steakhouse, Jeffrey successfully executed a relocation and opening of a new hotel while doubling revenue from the former location. At Nick & Sam's Steakhouse, Jeffrey played a critical role in achieving nearly $20 million in sales as General Manager and Wine Director, and contributed to multiple locations' service team training at The Keg Steakhouse + Bar. Additionally, Jeffrey earned credentials in Wine Theory and Service from the Court of Master Sommeliers.
