Joe Saldana

Joe Saldana is a seasoned operations manager with extensive experience in resort services. Since June 2017, Joe has served as the Operations Manager for Resort Services at Choctaw Casinos & Resorts, leading and mentoring a team of managers and supervisors. Prior to this role, Joe worked at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, managing Call Center Operations, including key departments such as Guest Services and Reservations. Joe's career also includes positions as Hotel Manager at Caesars Palace and Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa, where responsibilities encompassed front desk operations and overseeing a large team. Joe's background in management began at UCSF Medical Center as an Installation Manager, demonstrating a well-rounded expertise in both hospitality and operational management.
