Scott Hughes

Scott Hughes is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the General Manager of Food and Beverage at Choctaw Casinos & Resorts since May 2017. Prior to this role, Scott held various managerial positions, including General Manager at Black Bear Diner and Original Mel's Diner, as well as General Manager of Grand Cafe and Room Service at Grand Sierra Resort. Scott also worked as a Buffet Swing Shift Manager for Caesars Entertainment Corporation, focusing on scheduling, cost control, ordering, inventory, guest service, and cash handling. In addition to extensive managerial experience, Scott was the Head Guitar Instructor at F# Music Instruction, teaching beginner and intermediate courses. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Intermedia/Multimedia from Itt Technical Institute and a Leadership Immersion degree from Dale Carnegie.
