Chris Jennings

Chris Jennings is an experienced reporter and photographer currently employed at the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma since December 2018. Previously, Jennings served as Facilities Manager at Nautilus Family Fitness from September 2017 to December 2018 and spent over a decade as a photojournalist at the Herald Democrat from February 2005 to July 2017, where efforts focused on enhancing local news coverage with visual elements. At the Durant Daily Democrat from 2003 to 2005, Jennings was the first staff photojournalist, developing a process for photo assignments. Additional experience includes freelancing from June 2001 to June 2004 for various notable clients and working as a Customer Service Representative at Standard Motor Products from 1998 to 2001.
