Leigh Rapier

Leigh Rapier possesses extensive experience in human resources and compliance, currently serving as Senior Investigator for the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma since February 1995. In parallel roles at Choctaw Global, LLC, Leigh has held titles including Senior Director of Human Resources, Director of Compliance, Director of Human Resources, and Senior Human Resources Manager. Additionally, Leigh co-owns Fashion Cleaners and Rapier Rental Properties, both active since 2017 and 2001 respectively. Academically, Leigh is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Southeastern Oklahoma State University, having previously earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the same institution in 1998.
