Claudia Picou Maldonado

Claudia Picou Maldonado has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Claudia is currently working as the Sustainability Director at GETCHOICE! since June 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Engineer at GETCHOICE! from March 2021 to June 2023, where they were responsible for energy, telecom, and utility management solutions. Claudia also gained experience as an Energy Consultant at Choice from July 2020 to March 2021, where they helped clients reduce energy costs and manage budgets. Before entering the energy sector, they worked at Schlumberger as a Field Engineer II- Hydraulic Fracturing from May 2019 to April 2020, and as a Field Engineer 1- Hydraulic Fracturing from March 2018 to May 2019. Claudia also worked as a Field Engineer Trainee at Schlumberger from July 2017 to March 2018. Prior to their career in the energy sector, Claudia worked as a Swim Instructor at Aerofit Health and Fitness from June 2015 to December 2016. Claudia also gained experience as a Reservoir Engineering Intern at EBR Energy in May 2016 and as a Media Committee Member at Texas A&M Society of Petroleum Engineers from August 2014 to May 2015. In addition, Claudia worked at Greater Houston Pool Management as a Swim Instructor from May 2012 to September 2014 and as a Pool Manager from May 2010 to September 2014. Lastly, they gained experience as a Summer Intern at Vendor Safe Technologies in May 2014.

Claudia Picou Maldonado pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University, completing their education between 2013 and 2017.
