Michael Rivera

Michael Rivera is a professional with extensive experience in research and management roles. Currently serving in the Authorizations department at Choice Home Warranty since November 2018, Michael focuses on HVAC and appliance systems, ensuring policy adherence through detailed equipment research. Previous experience includes managing over 130 Desk Attendants as a Desk Manager at Residence Life and acting as a primary contact for residents as a Desk Attendant. Michael has also contributed to education as a Teacher's Assistant and gained research experience at EXTREEMS-QED, analyzing credit portfolio models. An internship at Panasonic Corporation involved data administration tasks, and tutoring experience was provided to K-10 students at American Learns. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematical Finance and Actuarial Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
