Richard Fennell

Richard Fennell is an experienced professional in export compliance and international trade, currently serving as the Global Trade Authorizations Manager for Avionics at Collins Aerospace since November 2018, and previously as Export Compliance Manager. Prior to this role, Richard held various positions at UTC Aerospace Systems, including Senior Export Trade Compliance Manager and Senior Export Trade Specialist, where responsibilities included overseeing the International Trade Compliance department and managing regulatory matters. Richard's experience also includes serving as Senior Trade Compliance Manager at Xylem Analytics following its spinoff from ITT Corporation, and earlier roles at OI Analytical, culminating in over two decades focused on export compliance and manufacturing. Richard began a career in engineering as a Project Engineer at Columbia Research Corporation. Richard holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.
