Daryl Sing

Daryl Sing possesses extensive experience in administration, analysis, and strategic management across various industries. Beginning as an Administrative Assistant and tutor at Kumon from 2007 to 2020, Daryl developed strong customer service skills by interacting with parents and addressing their concerns. In subsequent roles at Choice Hotels International from 2021 to 2024, Daryl advanced from Analyst to Senior Specialist in Sales Retention and Strategy, and ultimately to Manager of Retention Support, where Daryl managed a team and trained new associates. Daryl's experience also includes roles as a Research Interviewer at the University of Maryland, a Contract Analyst at Business Intelligence Square, LLC, and several positions at Covance, including Program Assistant and Program Representative. Daryl holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College and a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Maryland College Park.
