Joshua Wessel

Joshua Wessel is a seasoned professional in technical program management and agile coaching, currently serving as a Senior Technical Program Manager at Choice Hotels International since January 2024. Prior experience includes an extensive tenure at Farmers Insurance from October 2006 to November 2023, where Joshua contributed as an Agile Coach/Leader, Program Manager II/Release Train Engineer, and Business Analysis Manager, among other roles, focusing on agile methodologies, business requirements, user acceptance testing, and organizational change management. Joshua began his career as a National Salvage Supervisor, overseeing teams and vendor processes. Joshua holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government and Economics from Washington State University.
