Alison Sherman

Alison Sherman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical program management and product development, currently serving as Manager of Technical Program Management at The Walt Disney Company since January 2012. In this role, Alison oversees program management for multiple digital product pillars, leading a team that supports 20 agile scrum teams across various platforms, including web, mobile, and connected TV. Previous positions include Director of Technology Product Development at Benchmark Education Company, where project management efforts significantly expanded the software portfolio, and Director of Product Development at Sunburst Technology, spearheading award-winning educational software projects. Early career highlights include roles at Summer Productions and Nickelodeon, where Alison contributed to Emmy-nominated content. Alison holds an Ed.M. in Technology, Innovation, and Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
