Kristen Bugel

Kristen Bugel currently serves as Senior Counsel at Choice Hotels International, a position held since May 2010, where responsibilities include managing arbitration and litigation matters, overseeing compliance processes related to franchised properties, and providing legal advice to safeguard company interests. Kristen has extensive experience in conducting settlement negotiations, preparing and arguing appellate briefs, and supervising outside counsel. Prior to this role, Kristen worked as an Attorney at ChasenBoscolo from March 2006 to May 2010. Kristen holds a JD from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law and a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from McDaniel College, formerly known as Western Maryland College.
